This is a book by Nicco Mele - a favorite of Pete's. In straightforward, non-techy language, it makes the case that although Internet-enabled activities (e.g., music file sharing, Kickstarter, etc.) frequently have major advantages, leading to the "disruption" and sometimes destruction of longstanding institutions, they can also have major drawbacks.
